Must be able to legally work in the US. 

Must have a valid driver license.

Must have a minimum 1-3 years of blade experience.

Must have strong technical skills.

Must be able to perform diagnosis and repair on wind turbine blades.

Must have experience grinding, sanding, cutting, filing, trimming, measuring, inspecting, smoothing, and feathering.

Must be able to read and understand repair instructions.

Must have experience with composites and composite chemicals.

Must be able to document work performed.

Must possess solid work and discipline and demonstrate ability to follow safety standards at all times.

GE & Siemens Certifications is a plus.

GWO Certifications is a plus.
